With tens of thousands of distribution deliveries every week, the delivery people of I&L Logistiek know like no other what is involved in delivering chilled and frozen products. From the distribution centre, our delivery drivers drive daily throughout the Netherlands and Belgium to deliver various goods under the right conditions to companies, catering establishments and private individuals.

Delivery ready to ship or storage + order picking
In our own warehouse, we store your products in our cool, freezer or ambient storage cells. At your request, we will orderpick your goods into ready-to-ship orders. You can also deliver shipments to us ready for dispatch via our cross-dock. In our network, we can also arrange collection of your goods.

99.2% delivery ratio
After our professional planning department has determined the routes, we send your customers an eta notification. This contains the time block in which we will deliver the next day. On the day of execution, your customer receives a link to our unique live-tracker, in which the customer can check the current ETA up to the minute. This is how we carefully announce our arrival and guarantee our high delivery ratio. A temperature-conditioned shipment has to succeed at once, because the goods cannot simply be delivered to the neighbours and the customer does not have time to wait until the next day. Good communication is crucial here.

100% national coverage with colli distribution and pallet distribution
We offer national coverage within 24 hours. With an extensive delivery schedule, we offer reliable, structural and high-quality distribution. With our own fine-meshed network for colli distribution and a good solution for pallet distribution, we offer a logistics one-stop-shop.

Continuous highest service
We maintain one high service level in our distribution network. after our representative and recognisable delivery driver has rang your customer's doorbell, he will carefully hand over the goods. Sometimes delivery can be made at the door, but if necessary he will even place the goods in the refrigerator. We make every effort to ensure product safety and that the products are delivered to your customers in optimal condition. At key addresses, the delivery driver can ensure successful delivery even when no one is present so that we unburden your customers. After digitally signing off the accompanying trip information, the administrative tasks are completed and the delivery driver continues on his way to the next delivery. Via the customer portal, you can see who has taken delivery of the goods. This allows you to keep a grip on your customers.

Quality assurance through certification
Our services are fully certified according to the FSSC-22000 standard. We do not use freelancers or self-employed drivers; all our drivers are self-employed. Our organisation is PayChecked and has the hallmark for correct pay in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for the Transport of Goods. We are also SKAL certified, thus guaranteeing the legal requirements for organic products.
